Sales Training
The prosperity and popularity of successful companies is obviously the result of continuous training. Without proper sales training, a business is unable to stand out from the rest, thus having poor exposure and low credibility on the market. In order to achieve and maintain the success of their companies, business owners need to make sure that all their team members benefit from frequent sales training. While a short sales training course or seminary can familiarize your sales staff with the fundamentals of sales, the long-term success of your business can only be achieved through the means of ongoing sales training. Ongoing sales training is vital for maintaining the pace with other businesses in your branch and it can also help your company to get ahead of the competition.
Ongoing sales training programs are very important for any business, as they can help salespeople to maintain a good level of sales performance. It is important to note that the great majority of salespeople only improve their selling performance at first, being unable to progress further without frequent sales training interventions. Considering the fact that marketing and sales are a marathon, not a sprint, it is vital to frequently intervene with new, effective sales training solutions among the members of your business.
Proper sales training programs work on multiple levels: they provide the members of your business team with the latest marketing solutions and strategies, strengthen the relationships between the members of your team and also boost the morale and the motivation of your entire sales staff. An effective sales training program can have a very refreshing effect on the entire business, announcing a new stage in the activity of the company.
There are two main categories of sales training: self-study oriented sales training, which allows the trainees to learn on their own and trainer-oriented sales training, taught by a sales “coach”. The first category of sales training includes multimedia training, tradebooks and textbooks that contain various selling techniques and strategies. Trainer-oriented sales training includes programs that involve active participation to courses, seminaries or laboratories. In contrast with self-study oriented sales training materials, trainer-oriented sales training programs are by far the best means of acquiring a wide range of skills and abilities that can considerably increase the sales efficiency of your business.
Trainer-oriented sales training programs have the advantage of offering trainees the chance to engage in role play situations, thus allowing attendants to quickly polish their skills. During the entire program, the trainees are encouraged to express their opinions and ideas, being provided with proper feed-back from their trainers. Trainer-oriented sales training programs can effectively improve the skills and abilities of your business team members, thus enhancing the overall performance of your company.

Clubgoers dancing at a Foam Party. The blue object on the ceiling is a foam generator.
A foam party is a social event in which participants dance to music on a dance floor covered in several feet of suds or bubbles dispensed from a foam machine. For safety reasons, the foam is generated from non-toxic, non-staining, hypo-allergenic solutions[citation needed].
Participants may wear bathing suits or beach attire, snorkeling goggles, sunglasses, and shower caps. Many participants arrive fully clothed, and some then partially disrobe as the party progresses, while others remain fully clothed.
Generally, foam parties occur at nightclubs, dance clubs, or private parties.
Safety issues
Household soaps and detergents are generally not used for foam parties; they are not pH-neutral, may contain protein-dissolving enzymes, and can cause alkaline chemical burns or irritation to the eyes and respiratory system[citation needed].
There have been several reports in the media of severe allergic skin or eye reactions to party foam, but in almost all cases this has been the result of inexperienced operators using dish washing liquids instead of non-irritating foam[citation needed]. Participants with allergies to soap should either wear appropriate protective clothing such as a dental mask and Tyvek coveralls, or avoid contact with the foam entirely. Sore throats have also commonly been reported, but it is not known if the exact cause is the foam itself.
Foam can also conduct electricity; thus, there are safety concerns with regards to electrical equipment[citation needed]. Nightclubs often contain environmental lighting, sound equipment, speakers, and other electronics that could potentially malfunction.
On July 23, 2008, at 11:30 p.m., a foam party at the Venezia Palace Hotel in Antalya, Turkey, ended in the deaths of 2 tourists from Israel and one Turkish citizen, as a result of electrocution. The tourists were brothers Shai and Nir Hachim, aged 18 and 14 respectively, of Holon, Israel.
One common method of protection is the use of a ground fault interrupter on devices that could come in contact with the foam. Visitors of foam parties also may attempt to protect personal electronic devices like cameras and mobile phones from the foam.
Because foam parties create a wet, slippery, and disorienting environment, glass bottles and beverage glasses may be restricted by the venue and replaced with plastic cups. This reduces the risk of participants being injured by a broken bottle or glass. In some municipalities, special licenses are required for the club prior to a foam party being held and some clubs require attendees to sign a liability waiver before entering[citation needed].
Another issue that can occur at foam parties is groping, when the dancers are partially disrobed on the foam-covered dance floor.
A nightclub patron enjoys the atmosphere at a Foam Party.
Foam generation
Generating hundreds of cubic meters of foam in a club environment is difficult because foam breaks down rapidly after it is generated; breakdown is greatly accelerated by heat from club lights, air flow, and people moving through the foam. The event shown in the photos above lasted four hours and was held on a dance floor measuring 10m x 15m. It requires three foam generators, approximately 80 liters of foam concentrate, and over 500 liters of water to keep this size of dance floor filled with foam for the evening[citation needed].
Foam concentrate is diluted with water in a 150 liter plastic garbage can or 220 liter drum and pumped to the foam generator, which is usually suspended from the ceiling. Then it is sprayed on to the fabric bag. By adjusting the air volume from the blower, solution flow, and thread-count of the bag’s fabric, different foam consistencies can be achieved, ranging from a thick shaving cream texture to large bubbles. The distribution of foam can range from a blizzard-like effect of small bubbles to a thick mass of bubbles.
Some club operators have used commercial foam cannons capable of shooting jets of foam over 10 meters – either at people in the crowd, or up in the air. Foam cannons have been used for a long time in firefighting and crowd control, but have recently been used for mass decontamination (with MDF200 decon foam)[citation needed]. The use of foam cannons in clubs has been limited by high cost and the need for a source of high-volume high-pressure air to launch the foam.

Foam parties on film can be dated back to “A Rhapsody in Black and Blue” (1932) 5 where Louis Armstrong can be seen dancing, singing and playing his trumpet in a large area of soap…(and so on) To get More information , you can visit some products about merry christmas santa, pearl hair ornaments, . The Importance of Comfortable Conference Chairs
There is more to choosing conference chairs than which colour and whether they are aesthetically pleasing or not. Firstly, you need to set a sensible budget which will allow you to choose from a good range of chairs.
Your conference room is likely to be the place where not only presentations are held, but where potential or existing clients come to discuss business, staff or partner meetings take place and of course conferences are hosted. Therefore, careful thought should go into choosing just the right chair for the job. The ambiance of your conference room is very important, so do think about colour and style as well. This is particularly important if you are hosting potential clients as first impressions do count.
Correct posture and comfort should be high on your list of essentials. Chairs which give support to the spine are particularly important if you intend to have people sitting in them all day. Chairs that are adjustable in height are a good idea if your staff or guests need to use the table for writing or for using a laptop computer. Arm rests are a useful addition which can also promote good posture.
Other considerations include whether the chairs have wheels, can swivel and how much adjustability there will be to the back and the seat. The size of your table or tables and the available floor space also needs some careful thought as you don’t want people feeling cramped or that they are too high or low at the table.
The type of flooring you have will also play a part in your choice as carpets are wheel friendly, whereas surfaces such as wood or concrete are perhaps more suited to non wheeled chairs.
People who are sitting comfortably are more likely to be alert, interested and paying attention to what is being said, than if they are in a chair which is uncomfortable. So it is worth spending a bit of time researching and testing as many models as you can. When you go to test the chairs, take along a several members of staff who vary in size and shape as this will give you a better chance of choosing something that will suit most people. You may even wish to purchase a range of say four styles in the same colour which will give a better choice for those having to sit in them. After all, wouldn’t it be better to allow more people to sit in comfort rather than having some who are in discomfort and can’t wait for the meeting or conference to end. Those people are more likely to try and hurry things forward or even disrupt proceedings.
Finally, be aware that you cannot please all of the people all of the time, so go for something that will please most of the people most of the time.

The Power of a Marketing and Sales System
The Power of a Marketing and Sales System
For some reason, marketing is the one business function in small business that operates without a system. The result is usually a scatt gun, episodic approach to marketing. A marketing and sales system is key to real business growth.

Where Do Most of Your Clients Come From?
When I meet people for the first time and they understand that I’m a marketing consultant, I’m frequently asked, “Where do most of your clients come from?” Many times I believe the question is asked innocently enough. But, quite often I feel like the person asking wants to know if I have a magic answer that might work for them.
Most small business owners are passionate about the services they provide – not the marketing it takes to consistently find more clients. Many service businesses will admit that they’re not really sure what works best or how to get going with marketing.
The result is usually a scatter gun approach. I refer to it as episodic marketing. It is characterized by a series of unfocused and hastily-planned, one-shot episodes (or campaigns). A common example is throwing together a tri-fold brochure that you can start mailing or handing out to everyone you meet, or sending out a direct mail piece to try and stir up some interest.
Typically, the motivation for these marketing episodes is a slow down in business. And then when business picks up, you quickly scrap the current campaign (until the next slow down).
No System, No Consistency
What’s missing for most small service businesses is a system to break marketing down into a series of connected small steps. A marketing system is the key to generate a consistent supply of leads and convert them into new clients.
So Where Do Most of Your Clients Come From?
For me, the answer is that they are coming as a result of my ABCD Growth Marketing System. The same system I’m using to help teach my clients how to get better, more consistent results from their marketing is the system I’m using to build my own business.
Having a system allows me to dependably follow simple, but proven and effective processes to consistently generate leads and convert them into more business.
It is not a result of one or two great ideas or strategies. It’s breaking marketing and sales down into a series of connected strategies and tactics to gain attention from prospects and help them to become clients. The system helps move prospects forward that are ready to say “Yes”, and lets those who are not motivated or ready to make the investment move on.
Why Do You Need A System?
If you don’t have a marketing and sales system, you’ll never be able to grow your business to its full potential.
Most businesses address their primary business functions with systems. You have your billing system, accounting system, payroll system, and time management system. It’s likely you have systems to manage client or project work. One primary business function that seems to go without a system is Marketing.
There’s a great misconception that to be an effective marketer, you need to be creative. And most small business owners will tell me that they’re just not good at that. But I would contend that marketing should be more of a science (a system) than an art.
That’s the number one reason to have a system. Without a marketing and sales system, most service businesses end up reactively marketing when business is slow and stop when they are busy. This mindset usually lends itself to episodic marketing.
With a system, you’ll be better prepared to generate inquiries and convert new clients all year round.
Marketing and Sales
Notice that I’ve said you need a Marketing and Sales system. Marketing and sales are NOT the same thing, but you need a system that addresses both seamlessly.
Let’s just look at the important difference between marketing and sales and why they should be successfully combined in a system like my ABCD Growth Marketing System.
One of the notions I hear over and over again is that Marketing is about creating name recognition or brand awareness. I would argue that these are simply welcome side-effects of marketing.
When you are a small business and all of your time, energy, and money count, then what you really need is for marketing to produce a consistent stream of good quality leads. Therefore, I define marketing as the use of strategies and tactics to generate a constant supply of high-quality leads.
Sales then is the process(es) you use to convert as many as possible of those high-quality leads into clients.
This is why the two should be seamlessly addressed in your system. Too many businesses jump forward to selling before a potential lead is even established as a qualified prospect.
Conversely, many leads go uncultivated when there’s no means to explore the prospect and move them towards becoming a potential buyer.
A System is The Key To Reaching Your Full Business Potential
Now just imagine if you had a system to drive these vital functions in your business. A system that breaks down the marketing and sales process into smaller, more manageable, interrelated steps.
Think about your own business. Where do most of your clients come from? Is it from your marketing and sales system? It should be.
11 Proven Ways to Skyrocket Sales
11 Proven Ways to Skyrocket Sales
Use these eleven suggestions as a success guide. By following these eleven simple steps, you have the ability to attract more customers and skyrocket your buisness.
Keywords:
advertise, customers, postcards
1. Advertise Smart
Nothing risked nothing gained… Wise marketers understand the good sense in trying new advertising methods, but don’t go out on a limb to experiment. Are the advertising campaigns you’ve been using working, but not setting off the explosive response rates that you are looking for? Try this… experiment with about 20 percent of your advertising budget, and let the remaining 80 percent continue to do its job of keeping a steady stream of customers coming in.
2. Reduce and Multiply
Big isn’t always better, sometimes quantity is more effective. Try reducing the size of your current advertisements and run more. Surprisingly, short ads often generate more response than long ads. Yep, keep it short and sweet, and watch the results.
3. Liven up Your Ads
Take a look at your current advertisements. Are they full of active, lively, colorfully stimulating phrases? Yeah, get rid of all those boring words and replace them with phrases like…it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3… hurry! Don’t miss out…Save, save, save!…Act now!… That’s right, keep things hopping and full of action for effective advertising results.
4. Give ‘em the Warm Fuzzies
People buy products for the feeling they get from the purchase. How do you feel when you get a new car? Yeah, excited, proud and anxious to show it off a little bit. Keep in mind these feelings, and draw word pictures with your advertisements that will stimulate them. Yeah, you’ll be surprised at the results you’ll get from encouraging and dramatizing the desires of your readers.
5. Send Them a Postcard
It only takes a minute to read the back of a postcard. Most people are just like you – busy, busy, busy. Regardless of how busy we are, all of us automatically read postcards that are short, clear and concise. Send postcards with short ads to your target audience, and watch the flood of response sweep in.
6. Pay Your Customers to Advertise
Nothing is more effective than word-of-mouth advertising. That’s right! Your customers can say it better than you could ever say it, so why not let them? Yeah, implement a reward program for referrals and watch your sales climb.
7. Say Thank You
It only takes a minute to put a thank you card in the mail to a customer, but the effects of your thoughtful act can create a loyalty that will last a lifetime. Yep, we all like to be appreciated…your customers do too.
8. Sell to Your Current Customers
The idea that sales growth comes from new customers isn’t always true. Yeah, you can increase sales with the customers you already have! Have you tried offering them a product that will complement the item they are buying? What about follow ups? It’s a lot easier to sell more to your current customers than to get new customers through the door. Don’t overlook the potential that’s in your store today!
9. Combine Items for Special Sales
Buying in bulk is ALWAYS cheaper…or is it? Consumers tend to feel that buyer in larger quantities is saving them money. Take advantage of that feeling. Group a few products together and advertise a special sale. Yeah, customers will feel pressured to shell out the dinero before the deal expires!
10. Surprise, Surprise!
Who doesn’t like a pleasant surprise? Yeah we all do, especially after we’ve made a purchase that our conscience is telling us we shouldn’t have. Do you want to get rid of those after purchase guilt trips for your customers? Give them a surprise at the register! They’ll leave feeling like it was their lucky day, rather than struggling with the after-the-sale blues.
11. Count the Losses
When we look at sales, we often focus on what will be gained by the purchase. What about the loss that results from failing to purchase? Most of us are more affected by losses than by savings. Let your customers know what they’ll be losing by failing to take advantage of your offer.
How many of these techniques are you using? Try implementing some new strategies and watch for new results! Yeah, nothing ventured… nothing gained. Sometimes it pays to take another look at what we’re doing, and take it up a notch. Give these 11 tips a try, and watch your sales skyrocket!

We have lots of demands on our schedule by our family, business, friends etc. still we need to build business networks and it is really essential. Experts say it pays a lot and many people have experienced it personally. But we already have lots of obligations at the office, in family, for coworkers, friends and family and etc. how it could be manageable and how much it can be beneficial to have some time spare for business meetings and networking.
But it is not that much difficult as it seems. There are different factors which make it quite easy to have connections and business contacts. Firstly without sparing any time especially for business networking, we continuously come in contact with lots of new people on daily basis. Without disturbing our timetable we already meet many people every day and build connections with them some of these contacts develop in personal relations and stay forever while some are just for business purpose.
Secondly by not consciously broadening our circle of new friends and contacts, we may be severally limiting our opportunities for progression and achievement. According to a research survey average person has acquaintances with almost 250 people. And each one of all these 250 has contacts with another 250 people. So by adding one person in your circle you can have admission to a band of more than 60,000 people away from you. Just imagine that if only one of all these people prove to be a great source of contacts, referrals, information about recent jobs and employers, good clients and customers, an opportunity for new business, good places to make valuable purchases and much more. Only one valuable person can prove to be not only a good friend but also a source of information to provide you a lot of opportunities for your future life.

By meeting and interacting new people you learn a lot and make good connections in business. It does not take much time and effort to make you expert.

We all know that buying a franchise is a great way to start a new business. Yes it’s true that the initial cost of a franchise is generally more than any non-franchised new business. It makes sense that a franchisor would need to be rewarded, both initially and on an ongoing basis, for their training, assistance, consultation, and guidance. And, remember, the franchisor is allowing you to use their proven business model for your own personal gain.
But generally, in the long run a franchise can be much less costly to start and grow than a non-franchised business due to operating efficiencies, defined processes, and the advertising clout that the franchise name carries. Furthermore, many studies have shown that the success rate of a new franchise five years down the road will far exceed that of any new non-franchised business.
So even though franchises are a great way to start a new business, there is still that level of uncertainty that hovers over any new business venture. Is it really worth taking the risk?
Yes – if you have the following six characteristics:
1) Time. If you thought you were working a lot of hours at your regular 40 hour per week job, be prepared to commit a tremendous amount of time to your new venture. You may have to miss little Joey’s soccer games.
2) Energy. Not only will you have to commit the time necessary, your energy level will need to be at peak level all day. You will be busy. And you will need to set an example for others. Can you do it?
3) Resources. You will need to surround yourself with good quality people. Management, staff, accountants, attorneys, vendors, suppliers, human resources, etc. Systems and procedures will need to be established. And you will likely need a premium location for your business.
4) Skills. Do you really know what you are doing? Is your new franchise relative to your prior work experience? Do you know the industry inside and out? You should.
5) Capital. Everything…I repeat…everything costs more money than you expect. Do you have the necessary capital to get the company off the ground? Do you have the necessary working capital? Do you have the resources to raise additional capital when needed down the road (note that I said “when”, not “if”). As a rule of thumb, try to predict all of the capital that you will need. Then, when you are done, double it. And do not rely entirely on the franchisor to tell you how much capital will be needed.
6) Desire. The most important characteristic of all. Is this really what you want to do? This is a financial but more importantly a life changing decision. It is not a decision where you can easily change your mind once you get started. Most likely it is a decision that will affect your life 10, 15, or 20 years down the road. Talk to others around you; your spouse, your kids, your friends. Make sure everyone is on board. Do you have the passion?
So if you want to buy a franchise, then welcome my friend. I hope you will find the perfect match. And, if you can pass the test above, then you will likely succeed. Good luck!
